Do I have to pay any money for the courses or software?
No. All the courses listed on this site are completely FREE. Plezmo app used in the courses is also available for download for FREE.
What are the setup requirements to take the courses?
You will require a Laptop Computer or a Desktop Computer or a Tablet along with a good internet connection to take these courses.
Plezmo App needed to code can be accessed through any of these 2 options-
1. Using a web browser on any operating system at https://appcoder.plezmo.com
Supported Web Browsers-
a. Google Chrome
b. Mozilla Firefox.
2. Alternatively, you can also code through the Plezmo App installed on your computer.
Plezmo App is available on following platforms
a. Windows 10
c. Android Tablets (Android Version 7.0 or higher)
d. iPads (iOS version 12 or higher)
How to install Plezmo App on a PC or a tablet?
1. Go to https://technology.plezmo.com/apps/ to download for Windows/Mac OS
2. For an iPad, go to the App Store and search for Plezmo. Download the App.
3. For Android tablets, go to Play Store and download the Plezmo App.
What is an ATL ID and where will I find it?
ATL ID is applicable to those schools that have an Atal Tinkering Lab or ATL. If your school has an ATL, your teacher or ATL In-charge can give you the ATL Id to enter in this field. If your school does not have an ATL, you can leave this field blank.
Can I take the courses on a Mobile Phone?
Plezmo App is not officially supported on Anrdroid Phone or iPhones. It may work in some cases. We strongly recommend using one of the supported platform listed above instead. Please note that technical support will not be provided for issues faced when using Plezmo App on mobile phones.
Do I have to complete the course in single session?
Not at all. All the courses on this site are self-paced. You can take them in small parts as per your convenience. You can logout at any time. Once you login again into your account, you can resume from the place you had stopped last time.
Where can I get additional help or support?
For any additional help or support, please head over to https://support.plezmo.com/ . This is a self-help portal that contains answers to a lot of frequently asked questions. The portal also has community forums where you can login using your Plezmo account username and password. Once logged in, you can post questions on the community forum which can be answered by other Plezmo users as well as Plezmo team members. Plezmo community forum is also a great place for you to help out others by answering questions that you have a solution to.
